Scope of Authorization I hereby grant Taiwan Sakura Corporation and its affiliates and partners (collectively referred to as the “SAKURA Group”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, free of charge, the following authorized content provided by me, including but not limited to: a) My likeness, voice, name, signature, image, or any other personally identifiable information. b) Any photos, text, graphic materials, visual and/or audio content uploaded or provided by me.
Permitted Uses I agree that the SAKURA Group may use the above-mentioned authorized content through any media or distribution methods (including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email, advertisements, product packaging, promotional campaigns, etc.). Such use may include reproduction, display, performance, transmission, publication, broadcast, adaptation, distribution, and exhibition.
Representations and Warranties I represent and warrant that I have the legal right to sign this authorization and to grant the rights set forth herein. The likeness and content I provide do not infringe upon any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights.
Release of Liability I understand and agree that I shall not assert any claims or request any compensation against the SAKURA Group, including its officers, employees, or agents, for any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with the use of the authorized content as outlined in this agreement. I hereby release the SAKURA Group from any such liabilities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This authorization shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute, I agree that the Taichung District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
